Clare responds to the energy and needs of her students with warmth, support and clarity. In her classes you can expect to experience a journey through asana, pranayama, meditation and seasonally complementary practices that hold at their core a deep respect for our essential nature. The practice she shares is simultaneously vibrant and contemplative and creates the literal and figurative breathing space needed to slow down and cultivate fresh insights. Clare believes that meeting ourselves in this way supports the blossoming of a healthy body, open heart and radiant mind that transcends our yoga mat. She draws from her seasoned studies in traditional Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Tantra and Yin yoga with insights from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her classes are uniquely resonant of these many teachings. She leads in-person workshops and retreats in the US and internationally and her deeply intuitive style is supported by over 2 decades of teaching and 3 decades of study. She is inspired by her students and their transformations on and off the mat and feels deeply blessed to be able to share her passion.
